Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of USDT Miner: Cloud Simulator (the “Application”), package name com.usdt.cloud.node.simulator.iv, provided by SR Digital Lab (“we,” “us,” or the “Service Provider”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Simulation-Only Service

The Application is a fictional virtual mining simulator provided solely for entertainment and educational purposes. It does not perform cryptocurrency mining on your device or through a remote/cloud mining service.

The Application does not connect to a blockchain, mining pool, cryptocurrency exchange, or real cryptocurrency wallet. It does not provide real USDT or any other cryptocurrency.

2. Virtual Features Have No Monetary Value

All balances, rewards, wallet entries, deposits, withdrawals, transactions, streak rewards, mining rates, hardware tiers, node connections, TRC-20 references, power readings, and other values displayed in the Application are fictional simulation elements.

These virtual elements:

  • Have no cash or monetary value

  • Do not represent real USDT, tokens, assets, or mining power

  • Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded, sold, exchanged, redeemed, or converted

  • Cannot be sent to a real wallet, bank account, exchange, or another user

  • Do not establish ownership of any digital asset

Any in-app “deposit” or “withdrawal” action is only a simulated movement between fictional in-app balances and does not create a real-world transaction.

3. No Earnings or Financial Services

The Application does not offer or guarantee income, profit, investment returns, passive earnings, or financial rewards. Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. You should not make financial decisions based on simulated values, statistics, or activities displayed in the Application.

4. Local Progress and Availability

Simulation progress may be stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the Application, changing devices, device failure, software updates, or technical errors may cause progress or virtual balances to be lost. Because virtual values have no monetary value, the Service Provider has no obligation to restore, reimburse, or compensate for lost simulation progress.

We may modify, reset, suspend, or discontinue simulation features, rewards, values, timers, configurations, or the Application itself at any time where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, product changes, or technical reasons.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity

  • Attempt to manipulate timers, virtual balances, rewards, or stored app data

  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Application or its services, except where applicable law expressly permits it

  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers, configurations, or systems

  • Misrepresent virtual balances or screenshots as proof of real cryptocurrency ownership, mining, earnings, or payment

  • Use automated methods to abuse app features or platform services

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Application may provide links to app stores, policies, support pages, or other third-party services. It may also use your device's native sharing and app-review features. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. The Service Provider does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The Application's original software, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by SR Digital Lab are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.

USDT, Tether, TRC-20, TRON, and any related names, symbols, or trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance as part of a fictional simulation does not indicate affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership. SR Digital Lab is not affiliated with Tether Operations Limited, TRON, any blockchain network, exchange, wallet provider, or cryptocurrency platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, preservation of local progress, or availability of any specific simulation feature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SR Digital Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the Application, including loss of local simulation progress. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

10. Age and Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity required in your location to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, you may use the Application only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Application, law, or our practices. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date. If you continue using the Application after an update takes effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or discontinue access where necessary to protect the Application, comply with law, address abuse, or discontinue the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the country or region where you live. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will handle disputes, subject to applicable law.
