This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application USDT Miner: Cloud Simulator (the “Application”), package name com.usdt.cloud.node.simulator.iv, provided by SR Digital Lab (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a virtual mining simulation for entertainment and educational purposes.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
The Application uses local device storage, including shared_preferences, to save simulation-related information such as:
Simulated mining session status and timestamps
Virtual wallet balance
Fictional mining rewards and transaction history
Daily claim status and reward streak progress
Theme and app preferences
This information is stored locally on your device. It is not real financial or cryptocurrency data. You can generally remove locally stored information by clearing the Application's data or uninstalling the Application.
2. Information Processed Through Network Requests
The Application uses internet access to retrieve remote configuration, such as links to the Application, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions. When your device communicates with the configuration server, limited technical information may be processed automatically, including:
Internet Protocol (IP) address
Date and time of a request
Basic device, operating-system, and app-version information
Request status and technical diagnostic information
This technical information may be processed temporarily or retained in standard server logs for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. The Application does not request your precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, media, or files.
3. No Real Cryptocurrency or Financial Information
The Application does not create or connect to a real cryptocurrency wallet. It does not request or process wallet private keys, seed phrases, real wallet balances, bank details, payment-card details, or real cryptocurrency transaction information.
All wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, mining sessions, transactions, and TRC-20 references shown inside the Application are fictional simulation elements with no monetary value.
4. Third-Party Features and Services
The Application may interact with platform or third-party features when you choose to use them
External links: Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, support, or store links may open in an in-app viewer or external browser. The destination website may process standard network information under its own privacy policy.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, platforms, or services. You should review their policies before using them.
5. Permissions
The Android version of the Application requests the android.permission.INTERNET permission to retrieve remote configuration and open relevant online resources. Based on the current app configuration, it does not request sensitive runtime permissions such as precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage/photos access.
6. Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by hosting, network, or platform providers only as necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and support the Application or when required by law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Simulation data stored locally remains on your device until you clear the Application's data, reset supported app data, or uninstall the Application. Retention of limited server logs, if any, depends on operational, security, and legal requirements.

The Service Provider cannot delete information controlled independently by third-party services; requests concerning such information must be directed to the relevant provider.
8. Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information processed in connection with the Application. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Children's Privacy
The Application is not specifically directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
